was looking through the latest Musclemag and there was a couple of Muscletech spreads on Kamali in there and either he's lying his ass off in those ads or he's the least genetically gifted pro ever, he claims 4 sets of 12-15 reps on deadlifts with 800lbs. and they have his diet outlined for the day and it looks like he eats the whole grocery store plus a couple of cows, and takes a nap after every meal, hahahaha, ok King, if you live that lifestyle why are your arms still 17 and a half inches with non-existent legs?
Musclemag is the WORST bodybuilding mag, in existence. It is basically a huge ad for muscletech. For instance, a few years ago they would do these ads, desguised as "special reports", on Greg Kovacs. Sure, Kovacs is a monster in size and strengh, who makes Coleman look like a peanut, in comparison(440 lbs, with single-digit bodyfat). What they don't mention, however, is that Kovacs is 6'2 and has a GIGANTIC frame. Any man over 6' tall, with a mesomorphic bodybuild and a large frame can weight 400+ lbs, if he takes the amount of drugs pro bodybuilders take and train for hypertrophy-and not strengh. Some of those "World's Strongest Man" competitors, who are 6'4+ with mesomorphic frames, could actually reach the 500 lbs mark(silverback gorilla weight), with average bodyfat, if they did everything pro bodybuilders do. The reason why pro bodybuilders weight "only" between 250 and 300 lbs, is that they are usually of average stature, with average frames. A smaller frame is an advantage in bodybuilding, because it gives a better flow of muscle, compounded by the fact that small joints makes muscles look larger. Kovacs is much bigger and stronger than any pro bodybuilder ever will be, but his genetics are not good enough even for the amateur level, of bodybuilding. Everything Musclemag writes is bullshit. Just trying to help.
