Yes, they should all be given a Mcdonalds party in the bouncy ball section and then when they are done with that they can go to the skating rink for some Ice Cream.

I say we get rid of their guns and tanks and airplanes too.  Give them to charity and let the soldiers just learn how to dance or something.  Only then can we achieve peace.
