Like, if you're 60 and at the grocery store, can you say you're buying prunes to silence all the haters?

IMO, that phrase should stay when you finish college... but then again, maybe I'm just being a hater?

But to keep it on topic, I hope guys like Kai, Jay and the rest of the pack start uploading small video clips online too. The last thing the others want is Phil saturating the market with previews of his good conditioning ahead of the Olympia, and embedding to the masses that he's the best...well before anyone takes the stage.

The days of Dorian Yates training in a dungeon until the show are gone now that social media is here.
