what foods can increase lung power
« on: September 12, 2013, 04:03:32 PM »
i feel some of my max potential with my lung power was lost in the days of smoking weed,

with my current diet i dont do to well with adding heavy carbs right near a workout

this is because my blood or gut is loaded to the hilt with peanutbutter at all times. i do this because my daily 'work' energy is exceptional and recovery time superb. but like many good things there are downfalls, one of wich is when i add heavy carbs around and intense workout , im struggiling to get in alot of air like i should

ive heard ginseng is good , what about eating a rose, what about maple leaf of gathering sap out of a pine tree or maple tree?

Tree sap is the cells of a tree in fluid form. These particular cells are called xylem cells. The sap also contains many other ingredients, such as minerals, sugar, hormones and water. When sap leaks from a tree, it is usually from age, damage or if the tree has some type of fungus. Some trees tend to leak more sap than others, and this is thought to be because of frequent climate changes. A wounded tree will leak large amounts of sap.

Perhaps the problem isn't with what you eat. You may have allergies, asthma or both. These things restrict lung capacity. If you have allergies, these can be food related. If that's the case, it isn't so much what you don't eat, but what you do. Given that you go off on these weird tangents when it comes to diet, eating stuff like yellow clay, that are uncommon to say the least, you are going to be quite a challenge for an allergist.

Many folks are allergic to grasses. Paint fumes are known to be a problem too. You have daily exposure to these things. You might be in for a lifestyle change.

Took me 2-3 days to acclimatize & was piss of with those small Indios
running around without any problems.
They all chew coca leaves, at Cuzco market  :P

if you read what i wrote closesly , i said "some of my max potential lung power is diminished"

so its not like i have chronic alergies man because its not all the time, and to make note carrots seemed to have opend up my lungs when maxing out my workout load, no sense that is solved its up to finding more energy, that is the next goal..trying to get more energy. obtaining the most energy possible has been the original goal all along

yeah man exactly hes talking about allergies look at his contradictory statement

If you have allergies, these can be food related. If that's the case, it isn't so much what you don't eat, but what you do

in my opinion allergies are atleast 90 percent food related

if they are not food related, then tailoring your diet to better health may eliminate or atleast lesson alergie symptoms

prime muscle is so old yet he still feels everything is CON-CRETE . if you have asthma or allergies i dont think you are damned with that condition and nothing you can do about it.

most people dont think a second thought about different foods they just eat whats good, i doubt most go to the store and buy beets, kale, radishes ,carrots ect these fooods have PROVEN medicinal effects

I have allergies which are not chronic. Sometimes they bother me more than other times. If I have an allergic reaction, it negatively affects my lung capacity. Allergies are not an all in or all out situation. I also have asthma. It is rare for me to have an asthma attack, but if I do it definitely has a negative impact on my ability to oxygenate my blood, which in turns messes with my energy levels.

You are not me, maybe carrots will be the answer you are looking for. I only know about things I have personal experience with.

What is you maximum lung capacity anyway? How do you know when you are at maximum levels and when you can't achieve this? Unless I am doing cardio as in something that impacts cardio, like walking fast up a steep hill, running or swimming for example, my lung capacity is usually just fine.

You feel wrong, because there is thousand of studies which prove that smoking weed is only good for your health, and that's why it is impossible lost max potential from your lungs. There is similar studies about tobacco, just older, and look how right they have been. Even your old granny smoked from hers childhood and she died old. It is more likely that your symptoms comes from the fat in that peanut butter, meaning that you have so much fat in your veins, that your blood isn't able to carry any oxygen.

You ask what food increase lung power? Running, aka uphill running. What you can try is raw chili and black pepper, mixed with cup of raw garlic. That do not any harm, and you get some slime out from your lungs. Some raw habaneros, spoonful of ground black pepper, and the cup of raw minced garlic, mix that together and add some plain yogurt. Yougurt will ease the heat, if you drink it fast you don't even taste it.

Tell this to my mother....oh that's right, she's dead. Years of smoking cigarettes gave her emphysema which eventually killed her when she was 61 years old.

Supposedly, weed doesn't have the carcinogens that tobacco does. If you believe this then go ahead and smoke it. There are too damn many people in the world anyway. One less person shouldn't make a difference.

In fact she die 1981 at the age of 49, and she was heavy smoker, died from cancer in his stomach.

Just what say, smoking weed isn't harmful by any means, just like tobacco and DDT wasn't, when they come in the market. What we know as a fact 40 years later could be complete different story, but regarding knowledge today, weed is more harmless than alcohol. In fact your lungs and your body is clearly made for single purpose only, and it is separating oxygen from the smoke. How there even could be some harm in that, while all the weed in this world is grown in the purest possible environment without any herbicides etc., and you have a drug dealer's word of honor to prove it.

Yes, but that involves chemical process.
Coca bushes grows all over Peru.
I can buy Coca tea in Sydney.
If you live in modern & polluted city logically this would effect yours lungs capacity.
Relocate to mountains if you can.

If you go swimming you must remember to point the skinny mini in the right direction. Use it like a rudder or you will be swimming round in circles.
