When visiting a number of offices in India (Chennai area) during a recent audit, they had "visitor toilets" in each building. Those were the only ones with toilet paper. Unfortunately that was the only difference. The shit spatters above the door -- ABOVE THE DOOR!!! -- were everywhere. Fucking disgusting.
