He must be self appointed so in that case who couldn't be CEO.

I would never hire a 15 year old CEO of anything. Regardless how smart or much money he has made. He has had no chance at experience in life or business.

We are just talking about looks here anyway, and I though he looked like a African/Chinese ethnical mix. ;-). But Africa is a big place. This guy could be of Etiophian descent. They can be very fair-skinned and look vaguely like him.
