a buddy of mine told me he saw rory doing bent rows with 505 back in 82, Im just repeating what I was told n never seen it myself though. if that's true that's pretty strong

Whatever happened to Belknap? The last I recall he won a NABBA UNiverse in the mid 1980s and since then I've never heard of him. Some of his shots were very special.

last time i seen belknap was at the mr america contest in 82 at the radio city music hall in new york, he was guest posing. he was in the lobby walkin around n he was as wide as was tall, i think he was one of the first bodybuilders to utilize insulin into his training since he was a diabetic

Rory lost to much weight competed at about 220 and was flat and small!

That is very true and much more. Rory was very very strong and pushed some heavy weight. And then he would change and do 100 reps for awhile. I trained with him for awhile in the early 80s and he was an old school, heavy weight and plenty of sets guy.
