Im with groink.... jay looks different than ive ever seen him... muscles look mature and showing separation he never has before.

This isn't the leanest Jay's been. But it's certainly the smallest...His arms "jumped the shark" a years ago and his only hope for a top 5 finish is if his back comes in detailed. Without a detailed back, he will be out of the top 5. It's obvious he's going with a much smaller look so that if conditioned, everyone will talk about what a different package he's bringing. That is if he doesn't catch the flu and bail out completely...

I believe he was 238 at the Arnold in this photo...Extremely lean but flattened out completely...Cormier easily should have won that show...Cutler today looks smaller than this but with more oil in the biceps...

ya true...They gave Flex 8th place years ago when he claimed competing natural and looked like dog shit for Olympia standards...

EVEN when he was training less due to healing arms and slowly started up again,he was in great shape already ,that was smaller jay ,he's increased tenfold since then month to month while staying pretty lean and now he's getting peeled/wrapped look to his muscle as he heads home.

No hate, Groink. I like Jay and I hope he proves me wrong. I'm just going by his last showing. Physique seems to be declining, and he's getting up there in age. If I saw a recent pic (Is there one out there?), and he looks competitive, I'd gladly change my mind.
