he looks shredded, but I think he does look 15 pounds lighter than Kai, and 30 pounds lighter than Ramy.

Being shredded is great. But we may be hearing "Jay is getting outmuscled"!

And when he stands next to Branch - equally ripped with 15+ more pounds of muscle... how do they give jay the win over that? I dont think they can. The prettiest nor most shredded guy wins. It's the biggest man who is rupped. Kai and phil will both be ripped - and bigger.

No but real talk, the only way Wolf Is getting top 4 is if KAI fucks up (a distinct possibility with that one. Love his persona, but he seems to be hit or miss with dialing it in properly)

HE LOOKS GREAT...considering age/injury which was bad,ronnie/yates never truly recovered from there injuries,jay's lean,still plenty big,less oiled filled than kai /arms/delts..
