100% Club

Rich educating the public about 100% club. Also showing us the correct warmup technique by breaking into a sweat while speaking.


For a 130kg guy, his incline press strength is below average IMO. Personally I can do 220lb x 12-15 strict reps on the incline.

When an unknown quantity of your muscle is PMMA, then one could hazard a guess that your strength in many lifts would be below average for your weight.

He's got no choice, he asked for "TOUGH GUY LIPS" package that was on special at surgeons office for $29.95 with a free T-Shirt, but ended up with a duckface. Such is life...
