Lived in Delray for 3 years, just north of Boca. Be prepared for a base-level of violent crime that is shocking unless you come from a metro area.

No fucking way! Boca is one of the most expensive areas in S.Fla! You will probably get more for your money the farther north you go! Or try west coast Port St.Lucie or Fort Myers area!
