Everybody has been badmouthing guts and oiled up arms and shoulders for years now.

Here's a guy in the game for a long time - looking healthy, going for balance and conditioning over all-out mass.

Just as deserving of the Sandow as anyone else IMO.

if this is Jay's final olympia, at least he will look good. His showing in 2011 was pathetic.

This year, he will not look like a mess (like Ronnie did in 2007). Jay will end things looking good, and regaining some respect from his critics.

I just don't see the wow factor with Jay. Not like when you look at Phil. When you look at the comparison pic posted here when Jay was young he was so much better in his early years.

But he's a real pro and you never know for sure what he will bring come show time.
I'm rooting for him. I just hope either he or Kai beat Phil.

I've been high at the expo the last two Mr. Os. There's a difference between high and stoned. I don't get stoned. It's No one would ever be able to guess. To me it's no different than having a coffee except for different effects. Contrary to what you may believe I'm not high 24/7 and wouldn't recommend it either.

I can't believe the how some of even the vets of this board are fooled by this. Jay is small. Jay's body type is not meant to be small. Notice Jay is only hitting shots that are good for his body. Where's the front double bi? Where's the side chest to expose his lack of hanging hams? Where's the back pics? There are none. Jay will appear around the same size as Kai and Phil and they'll beat him cause they're better built when they are the same size. I'm 100% unless something drastic happens with Kai or Phil Jay will not be 1 or 2. I'm 100% sure. Rhoden, Ramy, Dexter could all beat him. I think Rhoden will beat him. Ramy is up in there air. It's very obvious at this point  Ramy is better than Jay. Thing is will the judges besmirch the name of the good ol' boy Jay?

A lot of these guys in the top 10 will be heading for Columbus next Spring.  They will feel robbed by their placing and be looking for redemption.  I wouldn't be surprised if Jay is in that group.

I gotta say, I dont think Kai will beat Jay. I think the judges will see that Jay shrunk his waist down.... and they will penalize Kai for not doing the same. They will boost Jay, and drag Kai down 2 spots.
