Let's look at the sentence again and take another guess at what part of the sentence refers to what might be "permissible"

how about swapping permissible with legal

doesn't that make more sense counselor?

LOL   sometimes  when you pound a stake in the ground you have to kick and move it back and forth to get it out,and sometimes they break
