Michael Strahan started his new job

Good gig for an ex-player whose whore took him to the cleaners.  She can't touch this new paycheck.  8)

…Michael! In what has been an open secret for weeks, former Giants football star Michael Strahan started his new job today as Kelly Ripa’s talk show co host.

Proving himself to be quite the gentleman (and winning over the female audience), Strahan greeted Kelly with a bear hug and a dozen red roses.

The new co host shared a funny story of a visit to Live! With Regis and Kelly! back in 2008, right after the Giants won the Super Bowl and he announced his retirement. Regis asked Strahan what he planned to do after his football retirement and Strahan responded, “Your job looks pretty good!”

It seems as though Strahan was destined to have the job, and many weren’t surprised by today’s “coming out,” as rumors started weeks ago the gentle giant had landed the coveted position.

Am I missing something?  The closet homo has been on that show for a while now.  But he is 100% homo.  Just watch 5 minutes and you'll see.

How do you know he is bi or homosexual? The only thing I have ever read is what his ex wife accused him of. It's the same girl that sold all his football mementos in a yard sale for chump change to hurt him. I have never heard anything outside of this. Her accusations use to make the NY papers.

He really has a huge personality for tv. Always gregarious and full of energy. As a football player he was an animal.

Take her accusations and then the fact that he was given a really cushy TV gig, and it all makes sense. Hetero's aren't welcome in Hollywood...

lol - this happened like almost a year ago? and you are just posting it now? He's had this job for a while now :-)



Confession time that will make me sound like a girly man:

I have attended this show Live 5 times.... thats right, five fucking times!  It was torture, but my wife is a fan, so we went to it in New York and when they filmed here in Disney.

Celebrities we got to see and meet at the show include: Robert Downey Jr, Sarah Jessica Parker, Nicholas Cage, Russel Brand, Adam Lambert, The Jersey Shore cast (ugh), the  nerdy brother from 2 and a half men.

Some observations...  Kelly is TINY in person and pretty funny naturally (like between shots and during the commercial breaks and stuff), Michael Straham is cool and jokes a lot with the audience, its a good time - he's also really tall.  I also attended it when Regis was still hosting and he just seemed old and over it lol...

Feel free to revoke my man card!
