Yeah Phil's arms look great as usual. That's no surprise. But this pic shows his narrowness. I see huge delts and narrow clavicles. That bald thing is out. Phil should keep his hair.

With 3.5 billion men on earth why can't we have an Olympia lineup without lacking bodyparts?  Seems like all these guys have either no calves, small legs, no back, narrow, no chest etc.
