I saw Cutler wearing this hat, while coasting through a light weight routine. Does "KILL IT" mean destroy your organs and coast to the Olympia in style?
I was going to pick up the hat, but would like some clarification first.

I use that term quite a bit. It doesn't exist in bodybuilding but since at least one record is broke each day in my gym...we kill a record almost daily...

Lol, your the guy who loads up the leg press and moves it all of 6 inches or doesn't touch their chest when bench pressing, good to know. Maybe be if you lightened the weight and did the exercise properly you'd actually get results and be less angry with yourself and your miserable existence...

I got Cswoled yesterday. I had 225 on for inclines. It's my first working set. .. this big doofus Ryan comes over and gets under the weight....he's the PT director, and proceeds to do 18 quarter reps that didn't come within 8 inches of his chest. ..in an attempt to show me up I guess. I just gave him a look and continued my workout.
