are you seriously saying that if phil trained his pecs with the exercises you think are best for him, that his chest would look different?

im very curious, i have tried all kinds of different approaches, train seriously for 10+ years, and it was always the same for my pecs, teh results were all the same.
im sure phil has tried different approaches too, btw.
people say you can't change the structure
yet in the 70's people had thicker fuller chest
if it's not the different training styles, then what is it?
do you include weighted dips and bench presses in all your workouts? or stick to machines and Hammer Strength
