Of course, Kai has beaten him at the Arnold, and it was a tossup at the O last yr. Kai is Phil's nemesis, but also Kai doesn't have the pressure on him to deliver. Kai serves as a reminder that Phil can be beaten at any given time, and the two men who have beaten him for 1st place are Kai and Jay.

Defensive because he feels everybody is against him...He's not Ronnie, or Dorian who stayed cool. Hell, even Flex and Kevin were cool, and calm.

actually in his case all the bitches are ugly with dry skin in Colorado, so I think it's a waste of money.

Can someone explain to me why did he attack Kai at the end of he conference? Watched it all and he said something along the lines - "Kai, it was not cool". I looked back and haven't seen any mention of his sorry ass made by Kai. I'm no big fan of mr grapefruit either, btw.
