I was told to inject in hip.....any better spots (keep the stoopid comments to a min. ty), can I inject shoulders?

I didn't pin shoulders till I was 100% sure I could fit 1.5" pin in there.
I probably could have started from day 1, but was just scared. I mean I've had it done by nurses before for IM injections of immunizations, but something about oil going in there freaked me out.
Anyway, I pin quads only nowadays, and only 2cc's in each 2ce a week. But shoulders are OK for 1cc, quads are good for I think up to 5cc's! Never done triceps, but my buddy swears by it. Really, you can pin anywhere you like as long as there's muscle and not many veins/arteries in the area. Also watch for nerves, you get a "kick" in the teeth when you nick them!

last week i injected bicep... worst mistake ever, PIP for four days.

Glutes and hips is best... i used to do quads, but, too many nerves and veins which is annoying... I have big enough shoulders to injet but it's just awkward to do with one arm...

you can go to a HRT clinic but your Doctor should prescribe it to you all you need is low testosterone count the average range is 220ng to 779NG if you fall in between those numbers you are considered in the normal range and will not get a script. I don't know why so many people go to HRT clinics if you have Low testosterone the doctor has to help you. The lower the better. Most guys who get precribed Testosterone are old men or heavy steroid users or guys who use steroids and painkillers. I used steroids at a fairly low dose but since I was taking painkillers those really killed my free testosterone level

pin in hip area, least pain there.least nerves.

just do hips.

quads is bit hit or miss nerve, kinda unpleasant if you hit one, you wont forget for couple days

Also not fun when you hit a blood vessel and you pull the needle out and a stream of blood sprays across your nice white wall.  After you shit your pants, you apply some pressure (if you are smart or still conscious) and then feel the giant lump of blood start to form in your delt.  I looked like KEvin Levrone the next day with the giant lump in my shoulder    Not fun.  Do yourself a favor and take it in the ass, like a good twink should.

Hypothetically speaking, if I was able to get my hands on Cyp, I would probably go with only 200-300 a week anyway.
