Calves are a minor important muscle compared to chest, shoulders, quads, over all structure and the many things he completely owns the competition for years now

Wolf and Phil clearly place above Kai. Phil will probably win...no one is dominant though. Wolf has brought more muscle in his mid & lower back but can't fix the lack of muscle bellies in calves...though IMO the least important muscle group.

Their physiques are all fucked up like they're all recovering from the Ebola virus or some shit. Do they even lift?
