Bbers never lie, that's a well known fact, isn't it?

Not arguing that but I'm just quoting what he said....

Do u think he looked 210 though??

But hey if he was 210 then that makes him one of the strongest bbers to ever live pressing 500 for reps at 1 to 2 wks out at 3-4 percent bf levels :D

Well, I think in 92, he must have weighed around 220/225 on stage. I don't think he was higher that that frankly. Remember then, he had legs. I'd say he was still balanced and bigger around 95 to 97. Then his legs really shrunk. Considering the weight a Bber usually carries on his legs, and Kevin had an extremely poor lower body both in 2000 and 2002, 240 would mean a humongous upper body. I'd say he was probably less 230, more like 220 even. His balance changed in ten years but I think he was lighter at the end of his career then in the middle.

Its close but Levrone would probably beat Shawn from the back.
Agree, Levrone would be 4th place in this years Olympia in his 2000-2002 size and condition!

As much as it would be interesting to see him come back - right now, the guy makes 4th place in the 2013 olympia in people's minds - without even competing.

If he comes back and looks like shit - well.. was it worth it?

92 he was shredded but smaller than 91jrnat/nationals ,he guest posed at 260 92 in jersey before mro,his legs were huge and he was smooth/full faced.yates posed 2 he was enormous.ken 93 and up to 97/98 was much larger, and as stated legs were either huge/ripped or smaller athletic lean with bigger upperbody.92 mro his legs were diced and had deep separation.

in 2000 he beat shawn ray, flex wheeler, and nasser all near their best while having smaller legs and many believe he should've beat ronnie

in 2001 he beat shawn (who looked the same since he "should've won" in 94) and a prime chris cormier while being way smaller than his prime 90's years

in 2002 he beat cormier and a prime dexter and gunther, while having even smaller legs and beat ronnie in the posing rounds

so now today he can't beat these guys?  i guess you guys bought into the hype of this past olympia being the "best ever"

is bodybuilding better today than it was in the early 2000's?  it must be if a guy who was top 3 in the early 2000's can't do better than 4th in this contest

i say the early 2000's verson of Mr. Levrone should place 2nd, obviously i prefer him way over heath but phil would be a little more complete than his early 2000's physiques, the rest had more flaws

the only one today that wouldn't look out of place with those guys is phil

rhoden has potential but kai to me is a guy with a bunch of large impressive looking muscles that come together to form an ugly mess

I remember pics from the expo .. he was the king of illusion. He was indeed 210 by my calculations but so ripped and proportioned that he looked pumped up much bigger onstage.

yea, exactly what i'm talking about... even next to that guy, who looks like he doesn't even train.. (hope that's not you). 210/215 is exactly what I thought he weighed.

now, guys like Dillett dwarfed me... Melvin Anthony's arms dwarfed mine, as did his lats, even though is frame is smaller.... as did an always water-logged Tom Prince.

this is why they need to have weigh ins at all pro-shows,just so we would know the truth.

lol this thread is hilarious, first we have guys saying Mr. Levrone would place at the bottom of the top 10 in the recent sorry olympia lineup, now this joe nobody is "matching up" with the MARYLAND MUSCLE MACHINE, it just goes to show how picture angles can make you look bigger or smaller

that guy is getting LevrOWNED and FulblOWNED and appears to be enjoying every second of it, that doesn't happen when you are standing next to a man of comparison to yourself

Levrone from the early 00s would take 3rd or 4th in the 2013 O.

Levrone from mid 90s with 100% legs could win the show, but definitely 2nd.

2nd. Phil Heath is better. The only bodybuilders that could ever take Heath are Coleman, Dorian and Wheeler, all at their best.
Cormier Shawn levrone Nasser dillet
Phil has no chest but I guess everyone is blind to that because his arms are big....
I really can never see why people are Heath crazy his physique to me is out of whack
Wide waists for a smaller guy abs ... And chest weak..
How does he beat someone like Cormier or Shawn who had no weak point
Damn why can no one really look as see past the arms
Would never be a mr o in that era of the 90's 2000's

choice is an illusion

Looking like 210/215 and being that weight are two different things ;)

I say he was prob around the 230's... Nothing more nothing less. In the mid 90's def 240's to low 250's... He weighed himself a couple of wks out of the O in 96 and he weighed 255.

In 2002 he said he started his prep at 205/210...

Again this is what kev said...

Mr. Levrone's physique is timeless and will never be forgotten by any of us

As good as kev was (u talking in the early 90's to late 90's) today he wouldn't be able to beat Phil

He should make his "comeback" since he's "only" 49 and watch him embarrass himself

In his last 03 O he looked awful
