well, give a guy 2-3g/wk of test, plus 2-3g/wk of other stuff, plus 16iu humatrope/18iu serostim/20iu rip's, 25mcg t3, 30iu humulin R, and as much IGF1DES as he can afford...... feed him 4500 kcals, (300g protein = 1200kcals... the rest carbs/fats depending on how he responds to insulin), and train him frequently enough with enough stimulus to create growth...... and Yes, he'll grow some muscles.
it's not rocket science... anymore..... it's not the 70's where guys believed the way you trained dictated how you looked.... it's the drugs. what, how much, and when. add in stimulus (training), and nutrients(food), and you'll grow, as much as your genes allow.
