He needs a back &app=desktop [/youtube]
If he keeps training with Ronnie, you can be damn sure that by next year he will be giving your buddy Phil a run for the money... two for the show, three to get ready, and four for the ho ~
The judging standards will have to change for Rhoden to win the O. Standing onstage by himself much like S. Ray he looks unbeatable. Put him in the top lineup and he fades against the big boys.
No back.
And this is where Ronnie is beating him up. If he can take it, well, we shall see ~ Not sure why peeps don't see his potential. Prolly the same foo's that thought Branch or Kai shoulda won the O. Don't care. My predictions were almost spot-on.
too old to get back now. he is what he is.
For an IFBB PRO a weak back now will remain a weak back later.. At this level if the pros don't already 'have it' as a strong bodypart then they nine out of ten times they'll never have it past a mediocre level. Fixing lagging bodyparts only happens to rookie/intermediate amateurs, past that it's all up to increasing dosages (if they've been moderate/conservative until then)..The same reason Wolf's lower back/lats and calves will be the essentially the same until he retires.. Other pros with weak arms like Milos and JoJ's legs - they know the score they don't suddenly realise their missing the pieces lol
Isn't he close to 40? Growing a back at that age would be similar to waking up with 3 extra hard inches on your dick at age 60. Dream on.
The French can help you if you have Wiener issues. Just ask Mandingo. All is not lost.
