In Islam healthcare is a right and privilege and so is wellfare.

Healthcare isn't a right, plain and simple. You cannot be entitled, as a right, to something that requires someone else to do something. If healthcare is a right, that means that a sufficient number of people must be forced to become doctors; similarly for nurses, etc. Your "right" to healthcare isn't a right at all.
In fact the origin of wellfare is from the second caliph of Islam Umar ibn Al-Khattab (ra).

American presidents can take expensive vacations and trips while their own citizens are dying of hunger.
Warren Buffet can take expensive vacations too. I don't hold it against him. As for the President qua public official, I think it's an insensitive and politically damaging thing to do, and can be a huge waste of taxpayers money.
Of course you don't want that either in a capitalist society where people step over people and the rich grow richer while the poor get poorer.
What I want is to live in the country envisioned by the Founding Fathers, to not have my hard-earned money taken from me at the proverbial point of the tax man's gun. I want a government that does the absolute minimum and let's me live and prosper in peace. This really isn't too much to ask.
That evil health care system, shut down government for it, but insist on waging more wars.
I can be against both the new healthcare law and wars. In fact I am. I only support defensive wars since I believe that the initiation of violence is always wrong.
But perhaps all this is a bit too nuanced for you. Perhaps if I put it all in small allegorical verses about elephants and bees and started the verses off with "Alif, Lal, Mim" it would help?
