Question for True Adonis
« on: September 30, 2013, 07:22:36 PM »
Does meal timing matter in the Adonis Principles? For example, if I was going to eat 1700 calories a day, would it make a difference if I ate it all in one meal versus spreading it out over several?

why would anyone want to only enjoy one meal each day?  With the plethora of ways that TA can prepare foods, eating is a treat that should be thoroughly enjoyed several times each day.

For some smaller meals just aren't satisfying. Don't know if you've ever fasted but for a lot of people it's easier to control appetite by simply not eating during a longer period and having one or two large meals in a shorter time span.

But according to TA dieting is a breeze and anyone can get shredded so I'll let him comment...
