If you're a foreigner, and you live in the US with an expired Visa, would you be allowed to board domestic flights from state to state.

Yes, they do not check it on domestic flights. You could still get yourself into trouble if someone checked it, they CAN do that, they just don't 90% of time.

I figured. But the TSA has no legal right to detain passengers on immigration related issues. Their jobs are to ensure airport and travel security. Now granted, if my friend shows a non-expired foreign passport that should be okay i presume? Or how about showing their foreign form of id for example like a driver's license maybe. Luckily i booked a non-stop flight too to avoid additional hassle.

You will not get any serious job with expired Visa. Why would you stay in USA with expired Visa then? USA is not very interesting country for anyone except from trained professionals. UK is far better if you do some manual labor AND visa not an issue there.

That being said, TSA just don't check Visas. I looked "suspicious" to some agent yesterday and he examined my passport pretty carefully. Yet he did NOT check the visa. And this guy spent good one minute carefully examining my picture trying to make sure it is really me.

Lol i just noticed you live in Poland, how accurate are you with US transportation regulations. I'm a New York native, but thanks for the feedback. I think the best bet at this point is to call up an immigration attorney tomorrow and see what's what.

I was in Seattle for three months. So yes, I try to educate myself about Visa regulations because it is pretty crucial to me ;) But for me, no Visa = no job so this kind of information never struck me as very useful.

Writhing states do not worry.... If you leave then the only way to get in is having a valid stamp in your passport.

Yes. You just won't be able to get back in the country if you decide to leave
