Jay's abs are some of the most unaesthetic abs...they look like they are sliding down his body due to being melted.

this is actually true.  He dieted on horse meat and salad.   the night before the show he carbed up on pastries.  Seemed to work pretty well.

I'm not talking about their exact PED regiments genius...


To be carrying the muscle mass at 5'9" that Jayson has been able to "maintained" from the 90's to this day,  you have to more than just "use" steroids.

Sorry if you thought he got completely off them while off season.
