He actually has a couple different rings that he alternates.

One that is more common is that dark blue ring...

the other is an indian turquoise ring.

Arnold always wears a ring with a large, blue stone in his right hand. I noticed the ring in pics of him from the 70's, and I just noticed it in a pic of him from this years Olympia. Does anyone know the significance of it?
