The new and Revised RDA by Chad Falcon

what about telling us the optimal dosage of beans, per activity level x bodyweight x height x per day= new and revised RDA

a chart that shows what will build or maintain the most muscle

and a seperate chart wich will show wich dose is best to keep energy at its highest possible state

many revisions in the New RDA by chad falcon will be Revised by Mr. Zit himself

no longer will we worry about measuring out 1 cup of rice then thinking "hmm maybe i should measure out 2 cups of rice". we will know the optimal amount at all times

this has already been done in the 1100s under the rule of Bradley Falcon but he sided with the illuminati and data was lost. thus a new chart must be made

Will be interested to see what the final numbers are on Vicia faba or fava bean. I consume roughly two large handfuls of these a day but I find within 20 minutes of the dosage I have extremely bad flatulence that lasts hours.

What if you add 50g of vanilla Ice cream? If you do a rain dance naked while cooking, does it change the metabolic response? Is there too much water in the oceans? Why?

The Wagner's may be able to give some data on this they grow their on beans, but are small in stature Falcon's would require more.
