Do you get results without protein cycling?
If it isn't broken then don't fix it!
Do you not want to count every gram of protein, carbs and calories you're taking in?
I mean, if I'm going to compete on stage then sure, I'm all for it, but just for fun... that seems to tedious.
If it drastically improves results than perhaps it is worth it, but if the results are neglible it seems like too much effort.
