neither... 500 test & 500 tren & 25mg aromasin/day... and a lil daily or EOD Levitra helps as well.

Im at 9%-9.5% now.

vascularity is not visible as I want to, from my experience once I hit low 8%-7% things change dramatically.

I seriously doubt it.

more to do with a combination of things..

1- having thin enough skin. be it from bf, or water. even local sub-q water from site injects will blur vascularity.

2- veins that are dialated, not constricted (stimulants constrict)

3- blood pressure

4- hydration. drink enough water that your piss is clear

5- genetics. look at flex wheeler, his vascularity sucks, even in his best condition... johnnie Jackson.... even dorian yates didn't have good vascularity even with his translucent skin.... then look at guys like Paco Bautista and branch warren.

Genetics play a big role in vascularity.

Some just hold too much fat - skin to thick to ever show visible vein(s).

P.S. Try some letro - if that doesn't change the game - nothing ever will. In other words, you're still toooo fat. Up the cardio - lower the big macs.
