ND, why in the world do you keep posting that horrible mm pic where Dorian has no detail in his arms or quads??Other than his amazing calves, Dorian looks horrible in that shot...
At least post a mm where yates shows some arm and quad detail...

you got it. Does that look like the back of a man who many feel has history's greatest back? I don't think so. History's greatest back should have a much more impressive back double biceps shot than that.

Is this impressive enough?  ;) I remember reading Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encylopedia of bodybuilding and how when calling for back shots the judes ask for the competitor to flex one calf and how the whole effect would be ruined if they didn't have really good calves , you can see where I'm going with this one. lol

1996 Mr Olympia Dorian schooling both Ray & El Sonbaty no one could match Yates from the back no one , Nasser may have matched him or even surpassed him from the front but when it went to the back it was game over.

blows Yates out of the water. easily - look at how much THICKER Ronnies back is, he has so much more depth to  his upper back its incredible. bumps all over it.

dorian getting killed yet again, this time by Shawn Ray.

I would love for someone to use a GOOD pic of Ronnie's back double bi in a comparison with Yates, as opposed to his 1997 form which sucked compared to his later years...something like this perhaps:


ronnie will never have great calves, but his back was history's best so far, back "before the gut".

It is amazing huh? She said that before she started lifting she had NO glutes. She built them with squatts and leg presses.... not many fitness models can say that.
