"Donny" reminds me of that old geezer who used to visit my previous gym. He would come in wearing jeans and loafers, immediately get under the lat pulldown and do set after set with thirty second breaks in between. After about fifteen minutes his head would turn ribena-purple. One of the trainers I used to chat up said they were slightly afraid he would suffer a stroke or something.

i think its currently his preferred form of cardio

along with wanking unconcious while skyping with lamemuscle

maybe he should swap that for the treadmill

which would have the added benefit of cutting his liquid calories  :-X
