well i thought this was best forum to post on. Thats what we always used to do. I was coming up on this board and muscle mayhem and bb.com main forums. That was 2007 though.

I like the deltoids.  Upper body looks good if you are natty.  Arms need to be a little bigger including forearms as others mentioned.

I'm concerned that you might have chicken legs because you only posted the upper body. 

You better make sure you know how to safely dry out before the show.

Its funny everyone always told me my arms were my best bodypart. I'm down from 230 to 205 right now, trying to get to under 200.
