I saw this guy, in person, in his prime when he had just gotten signed by the WWE, back in the late '80s.

To this day, I've never had a human being make me feel more inferior.

Tom was stupid strong in the early-mid 80's. He competed in several strongman competitions before going to wrestling. Was 6'4"-6'5" and weighed in at 275-285 pounds.

Damn I forgot about him!!  Super nice guy too.  I used to email with him after he left Paul Borresson's "enterprise" and started Nuclear Nutrition.  He would give me advice about diet, training, not so much gear because I was not using a lot back then.  I still think the Nuclear grape flavored MRP he sold was amazing.  Like a Gatorade MRP with 60 grams protein.  Damn I miss those days when I was still not jaded and broken down by the world...before I knew about impending economic collapse, Nibiru, EMP's, etc.  Wiggs has gotten into my brain and is setting up a camp.

Filiou was far from the strongest. He was 400 pounds, but there were and are so many stronger men out there. Zadrunas comes to mind. He just broke another record with the overhead log. 490 pounds overhead!

Tom Magee was a monster but looked like a pretty boy. He used to lay a towel on the ground and bench cars in the air in the gym parking lot. Saw him wrestle for the WWF at the Pacific Coliseum, weighed around 270 or so and did a back flip off the top rope. Never really made in wrestling or acting. Kind of a shame.

dillett at 330/320 or whatever he really weighed was mmmmmuch more impressive in person than Nasser was at the same bodyweight and 3" shorter... that's saying a lot, because Nasser was a freak.

never got to see ruhl offseason in person, but a rumored 340 bw is fucking insane.
