Just cuz jail is usually 22-24 hours per day on lockdown and prison is usually 22 hours a day with the freedom to roam out of your cell and recreate and watch tv.  Plus a bunch I other luxuries that jails usually don't accommodate their prisoners with.

I don't get the relevance of you dating hot looking black women except, as you suggest, your character reflects that you believe this gives you some kind of status. So, all in all, I am not sure what it is worth. Perhaps you  could elaborate for me since I not had a jail experience in recent times or any time that matches yours.
