I hope they just didn't pick her because she's a woman. This economy is shit and trying to solve some equality bullshit by hiring a woman is not needed now. they need the smartest person around. The government have aimed at enslaving the citizens (by making them depentent on their institutions for food, health care, transportation, infrastructure, etc)

When the institutions of society collapse, no one needs to kneel to them anymore and will start finding ways of functioning with out them.

That's why they are panicking to keep this false economy going, no matter what. It's all about keeping up the appearance of being indispensable.
