Reality and by extension truth doesn't always exist in the middle of two extremes.  Some things are clearly right and factual while other things are obviously false and irrational.

because the entire political system here, including the major news channels, automatically do everything in their power to make sure 3rd parties are instantly labeled whacko and are marginalized and hijacked.

The 2 party system may as well be totalitarian. ... they have it locked, they do whatever the fuck they want and label any outsider as whacko. And the media runs with it. None of them want change, that may mean an end to their current status of wealth and power.
