Getting old sucks

Fuck at my first show at 17 I was natural and almost didn't even diet, now at 26 I stop watching what I eat for a few days even on gear and I look like shit almost instantly.

makes me respect even more the old fucker here like Groink and Galeniko for being in such a great shape  8)

i know the feeling. Im 32 now and no way in hell i could get to 7-8% bf with a sloppy diet as in the past now.

God damn pups. When I was 26 I was busy pulling pussy all the time, I had no time to bitch about my body.

 I am 45 now, just ran 1 1/2 miles through the woods, 5 rounds of suicides in the front yard and then 10 minutes hitting the heavy bag. Now I`m gonna need a nap, appreciate that youth while you can.

Yup.  It sucks.  I no longer try and get below 20% body fat, I just try to distribute what I'm stuck with in an even manner.  The illusion of mass.  That's the key. ;D

Fuck I'm 31 in the best shape of my life. Sure I can't eat like I used too, but i can stop lifting for 2 months and start back up and be right where I was at in a few weeks. Couldn't do that when I was younger. Now I know what I can and cannot eat, what routine works best for me.The great thing about lifting is you dont peak until your 40's. I'm stronger then ever. Still a pussy but stronger. 30's as far as everything is better then your 20's.

You get stronger, you skin gets thinner, your muscles get more mature and dense. Look forward to getting older in this game.
