That doesn't mean anything.  White people make up over 60% of the US pop.  Black people only make up 12%.  Proportionately way more blacks are on food stamps (overwhelmingly funded by white people).

Actually Vince that isn't exactly true.  Maybe as a total number but not by percentage of population.
