Honestly, the solution is to stop looking at color, and start scaling back requirements for who gets it, every year.  I know people without kids who don't work, who don't do anything but smoke pot and hang out, and they get their card $ filled up every month for food.

Slash that, limit any assistance to 2 years max and 2 kids max, and solve the fcking problem.  White this, black that, and keep on blowing the $... slash it.

Not sure.  I don't think it should be around anymore.....Asians don't need it and neither do the Mexicans.....would force my people to get back to the early part of the 20th century where we were studying hard, getting educated, and build back the communities and jobs....also have more pride among themselves as was advocated by folks such as Booker T Washington.

I would say the overwhelming majority of Mexican immigrants I've grown up around here in Los Angeles are hard working people who are just here to make a better life for their kids. Most of the trouble and issues within the their community has to do with their kids who were born here.

I've met several immigrants and illegal immigrants and many were hard working people.  Unfortunately many of the children of immigrants fall victim to the ghetto culture of the native population they are forced to live in close proximity to.
