I'll be running my first cycle in 3 weeks time. This will be my first cycle. Basically the goal of this proposed cycle is lean muscle gain / fat loss. Wanting to get as lean as possible and I obviously understand that the cleanliness of my diet / cardio will achieve desired results, not drugs. Just wanting some feedback around the cycle I intend to run.
Weeks 1 - 3: 40mg anavar daily.
50mg proviron daily.
Weeks 4 - 6: 50mg anavar daily.
50mg proviron daily.
Weeks 7 - 10: 75mg proviron daily.
40 - 50mg winstrol daily. (Oral).
I will be training Mon - Fri with weights. 1hr slow-medium walk on treadmill Tues - Fri after weights.
Diet will be high in protein (aim for 200g + daily) with minimal carbs.. One carb refeed each week (Sat night). PCT will be liver guard. Although its a very mild cycle, what type of results can I expect? Any other things I should know? Should I amend my cycle in anyway? Feedback will be much appreciated..
