I understand phil winning the Olympia this year as well as the Arnold Europe,but he did not dominate in either show,i would have had no problem with kai or dennis winning the Arnold Europe,but do understand how phil won.phil was only the clear winner at the o. in his first victory.jay in 09 would easily beat phil and Ronnie every year he won except 01 and 02 would destroy heath and of course dorian every year would mop the floor with him.heath is good just not a dominant champ!

I really don't get the whole Phil thing....
If anything he has killed my interest in pro bodybuilding.. Nothing special not impressive at all big arms that's it

He fucking beat Dex with quad separation and just barely, given some people think Dex defended.  Arms and back were complete shit as usual.



Back is a fucking mess.



He won the show on quad separation.  This is big fucking joke for an Olympian to win a show like this.

Jay may be a nice guy,  but he was a terrible Mr. O.
Back was highky overrated IMHO.

I honestly feel like were in a slump until the next Arnold, haney, ronnie or dorian comes along.

I dont think Phil belongs in the same sentence with those guys... structure is just too small. IMHO he belongs with the jays, the dickersons, the francos..... the guys that held the title in between the truly great ones.

being in fucking condition... as a bodybuilder... on a fucking stage... is something that people have the audacity to mention as an accomplishment nowadays (usually when trying to defend philona)

Not condition, top condition.
Dorian Yates was not in top condition (for his own standard) each time, Flex was off 90% of the time. Levrone also had his issues, so yes, "being in fuking condition" is still and was always an advantage.
