Hydrolysates are easy on the stomach. Casein and whey hydrolysates, collagen hydro (missing some aminos in adequate quantities and no tryptophan but can be a decent way to add extra protein... not as the sole protein supplemen). Free form EAA mixes are easy on the tomach too IME.
Brian Batcheldor says egg yolk hydrolysate is the best animal protein but I haven't seen this available anywhere.
There are a lot of knuckleheads in this thread. Amazing crap believed by just about everyone. Has anyone here actually read a text book in nutrition? 50 grams tops for hypertrophy. The rest is unethically wasting protein that others should be eating.
