Jay Robb looks a bit like a less creepy Will Brink.

I feel like a penis buying this guy's protein, but I have to admit it's a good product and it tastes great.

There are a lot of knuckleheads in this thread. Amazing crap believed by just about everyone. Has anyone here actually read a text book in nutrition? 50 grams tops for hypertrophy. The rest is unethically wasting protein that others should be eating.

Hydrolysates are easy on the stomach. Casein and whey hydrolysates, collagen hydro (missing some aminos in adequate quantities and no tryptophan but can be a decent way to add extra protein... not as the sole protein supplemen). Free form EAA mixes are easy on the tomach too IME.

Brian Batcheldor says egg yolk hydrolysate is the best animal protein but I haven't seen this available anywhere.

LOL, what a retard you are. Yes there is research and NONE of it supports you. That's not even RDA for an average man who does NOT train. WTF. ??? ::)

Cite your sources. You make this claim, now back it up. Are you full of shit or can you back up your shit? I know you can't, just like you can't back up your "scientific" training theories. Prove us wrong. ;)

Congratulations. QED.
why dont you just answer his question. Show us a textbook that supports that or scientific report.

Avoiding the question will only  make you look total clueless about nutrition

Congratulations. QED.

The RDA is .8 grams per kg of bodyweight if I'm not mistaken. That would be 56 grams for a 70kg (154lbs) person and 80 grams for a 100kg (220lbs) person. What textbook suggests protein requirements go down when you are involved in strenuous exercise and trying to increase lbm?

There is no textbook or scientific data that supports your supposed "scientific" recommendation. It would be easy enough to cite your sources, but like always you won't do it.

Who's the knucklehead?

Who here actually knows the minimum protein required to grow his body? Answer, probably very few simply because of what so many believe. What a waste of money. Yes, silly knuckleheads who lift weights and read comic books.

I  swear Basile is losing his fucking mind.

dude goes from denigrating Arnold for posing his arm (when he looks 10000x better than Vince) to that completely moronic claim.

dude needs to be put out of his misery.

The Australian government says you (male, age >70) should eat 81 grams of protein a day.
