doesnt matter...... you put a tall, decently thick dude next to a short BB, and they instantly disappear every time. 

Unless youre standing on stage, its better to be tall. (Im thinking like 6'0" to 6'4", although 5'11" could be argued. Any taller than 6'4" can start to look lanky unless falcon genetics)

Most Mr. Os---the multiple O winners have been 5'9 Sergio, 6'1-2 Arnold, 5'11 Haney, 5'10-5'11 Yates, 5'10-11 Coleman, and then the mediocre 5'8 Cutler, and then 5'9 Heath...

Although, I think a 5'9 Sergio on today's drugs would beat all of them, eve if they were all 6-6'4.

5'9"-6'1" definitely seems to be the sweet spot for BB's
