Good to see mentis in great shape,even not competing good to stay in shape and train hard.I saw him in late 80's at seaside hgts in jersey he looked like a building with feet,everyone turned when he walked by.

It's funny you say that.. the pics I posted above..I am only 5 pounds lighter than I was on the covers in 96.

I felt great then and I still feel great today. Ofcourse I look different, it's been 10 years ..cmon Dearth ...we all move forward.  I'm not training as hard and paying more attention to my business which will go live at the Arnold Classic this March. MD will be the first magazine with some info before the launch.
