I think the person actually has to feel embarrassed to be embarrassed. Michael is not embarrassing himself bailey. He is comfortable with the way he looks otherwise he wouldn't post his pictures...kinda like how you don't post pictures of yourself. You obviously are embarrassed about the way you look and couldn't take all the shit you would receive. It's a lot easier for you to hide behind your computer and think you are making a funny by insulting others, even though it's you who is the taking the ribbing.
