While killing some time at Barnes & Noble I was flipping through the new Musclemag and they do a star profile on Kevin and he says that now that he is down to 190lbs and his shoe size went from a size 12 to a size 10 , I know I've heard that GH makes everything grow but thats insane , normally depending on the style of shoe/sneaker I'll go up a 1/2 size but 2 full sizes , thats insane .

Sometimes carrying a lot of extra weight will cause your feet to flatten/spread out, but 2 sizes? I highly doubt it.

You know, suckmymuscle is right. Shame on me, I even have a Biology Degree and I should of thought of that....The only way bone changes size is through degeneration, as in osteoporosis... I have no idea how he wnet down two sho sizes...
then again, you never know.

I felt like a Dork. I was like "Whats up Kev, your the greatest bodybuilder ever man, great meeting you. Im on getbig sometimes"
Kevs asks what was my screen name, I told him "Heracles" Hes like "Heracles- yeah!, I remember! WHats up!"
Kev was like "How about that Earl dude! Whats up with him man!" lmao..

It was the best experience ever.
I didnt really care for the expo, just walked around with the woman (she was getting a little upset about all the fitness chicks everywhere, so that was stressing me-) we were about to leave, then I see a booth in the back corner, i look closer and its Levrone! I was like AAAwwessommeee!!
