Israel is the shining light of the mideast. Some 20% of Israelies are Arab. They can vote, join the government, travel on Israel visas, they can worship as they wish, go anywhere in the country, dress as they wish, run business, free education at the University, own newspapers and TV, and best of all their youth is not obligated to join the military as are their Jewish fellow citizens. Are they stopped from time to time to see papers? Yes, if you were Israel and had 1 Billion Moslems praying for your death....would'nt you? If that were reversed in an Arab country 80-20, they would be FORCED to become Muslim or if lucky pay a heavy tax, bow down and be puppets.

Israel also provides the elec., water, fuel and waste management for the Palestinians. Also most of their jobs. Are the Palestinian workers frisked as they enter Israel? Yes....like we are at the airport.  Does Israel build on "disputed" land? Yes. Land that is so bare that even the Bedouin sheep hearders do not go there. Palestinians are hired and payed as construction labor. Does Israel fire missles into Gaza? Yes but only after rockets are fired towards Israel villages and schools. The old Eye for Eye thing.

I have shopped in friendly lively Arab shops around Jerusalem and listened to the Call to Worship. Beautiful as are the plentiful mosques. Great Arab people living in a great land. Are there some crazy ass Jewish zealots amongst the vast majority of peace loving Jews? Sadly yes, but not many.

Israel has a huge project on the table that will employ tens of thousands of Palestinians and open huge farm lands for them and Jordan. Since the Dead Sea is 1200 some feet below sea level water from the Red Sea can be syphoned down towards it and turn turbines, electricity to desalinate the sea water. The Dead Sea has abundant potash fertilizer. Fresh water, fertilizer, farms, lakes, electricity, jobs, etc. etc.
The Arab states do not wish to partner with Israel so their people suffer. The Arab people if informed would want this.

If Israel did not exist then it would have to be invented for the Arab nations to have an excuse to blame something for the state of their mostly needy peope.

So mean while lets just hate little Israel.

If it wasn't for oil money all the Arab would states would be in the stone ages which even with oil money is pretty close to it now. If Israel cut off all jobs to the Palestinians and all infrastructure support to them no one would live there. They would have no water, electricity, or any means to make a living. It would be Afghanistan of warring goat herders from a time machine from centuries ago.

Another worldly getbigger who knows shit about what's going on over there.  Here's a little info.  The last time Israel attacked Lebanon, on the day of the cease fire Israel went and dropped thousands and thousands of little grenade type mines.  This way even after the cease fire, kids, women etc... who accidently hit one will get blown up.  Israelis are pure scum.
