Man he trains really heavy on some exercises you are not supposed to go heavy on. No wonder he tore his pec, he's not training smart.

he got a contract and moved back to Norway.  I guess things weren't going as well for him in the States as you would have they they would have after his great first year out.

Thorvildsen has a "muscle-shop" in Oslo. The shop is near "Haralds-Gym" which is the best hardcore-gym in Norway. The shop and the gym where at "Hausmannsgata Nr. 6" (in the center of Oslo).
I was in November in Norway (Boat-trip from Germany to Norway) and trained at Haralds Gym. Geir Borgan Paulsen (former Pro. 3rd Place NOC) is the Trainer.
